"Feasibility Study
After securing funding for our feasibility project, I contacted various companies whom stated they could provide this service. After speaking to Sue for 5 minutes, I knew I had the correct person to oversee such an important piece of work. I had a connection straight away with Sue and felt we were on same wavelength from the off. What I was asking for was quite unique and very specific. I was confident that Sue and her team were the ones for us, however I discussed this with my colleagues, a further meeting was arranged and after that meeting we were in no doubt Sue was the correct choice.
Sue and her team were helpful from the off, very approachable, and accustomed to our Yorkshire sense of humour. Sue made us feel that our project meant a great deal to her personally, extremely helpful every step of the way. Providing updates at every stage, readily contactable, and most importantly very patient with a bunch of novices.
Although we knew our service was required, it was very important to get an independent view to demonstrate what we thought we knew already. This independent view, demonstrated what we believed in, providing us with the courage to follow our dream.
We would 'definitely' use Good Ideas again or recommend them to others. Sue and her team felt more like friends who shared our passion."
‘We exist to help charities develop – so they can do more of what they’re good at‘ explained Dr. Sue Newberry, Director.
‘As a CEO, I learned that you won’t get funding unless you can show that your services are really needed and that they actually work. As a charity, we were able to grow because we developed that evidence base and most importantly – we listened to our service users.‘
