Good Ideas Ltd have an extensive background and experience in training, as well as a good sound knowledge and understanding of Health and Social Care Integration. This combination of skills enabled them to develop a bespoke and vital social care training programme, called 'Good Conversations'.
Staff are now able to hold better conversations with the individuals we support. They facilitate discussions that empower individuals, help them develop their personal resilience, (that is often unrecognised,) in order to pursue their personal outcomes.
I would recommend any agency or organisation to work with Good Ideas Ltd. due to their professionalism, knowledge, experience and commitment to their clients."
