How much do you charge?

This is probably the most important question for many people when they approach us about a project.

Each type of work that we do is priced differently – some are fixed at a certain level, others vary considerably based on the complexity and level of work involved. For example, Advisors and Assessors working for Investing in Volunteers are currently paid a fixed rate of £250 per day.

One of the main reasons we developed the Good Ideas Institute is that we wanted more people in the voluntary sector to access practical training at an affordable price. Delivering learning experiences on line reduces our carbon footprint and is better for our planet too!

Value for money

Perhaps a more pertinent question is ‘Do our customers feel we provide value for money?’

• discuss your project in detail with you before you ask us for a quotation – so that everyone is clear about what is involved and how much it will cost
• be open and honest about our costs – no hidden extras, no surprises
• want to develop a longer term relationship with you – so we want you to be satisfied with our work and feel you’ve got value for money.
