“Trusted Partner – A new, optional module for Trusted Charity

Good Ideas Ltd. were selected for their extensive working knowledge of the Trusted Charity quality standard – as Mentors they supported organisations to engage with the tool and embed the standard within their organisation; and as Assessors, they understood the robust nature of the external assessment process, expert at putting organisations at ease.

The team brought public, private and voluntary sector experience and were knowledgeable of procurement practices, experienced in the challenges and opportunities of consortia working.

Through the tender process, their detailed project plan, budget and project management methodology gave NCVO confidence in their approach to deliver the contract.

Regular communication and an open, honest relationship meant new opportunities that strengthened the end product were realised and acted upon. Good Ideas Ltd were able to draw upon a wide network of contacts to contribute toward development of each prototype and participate in field trials.  

Good Ideas Ltd delivered a high-quality product that has been developed by the sector, for the sector, with input from funders and commissioners. This framework for partnership working will be of huge benefit to the voluntary sector.
